Myrat Atajanov
Director, Caspian Sea Institute
Graduated from Novosibirsk Institute of Geodesy, Aerial Photography and Cartography Engineers in 1994. Between 1995 and 2003, held various positions at the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre. Joined the State Enterprise on Caspian Sea Issues under the President of Turkmenistan in 2005, where he held various positions before being appointed as the Chairman in 2010. In August 2019, he was appointed Director of the Caspian Sea Institute.
